Alanna Nicholas is the founder and Principal Talent Executive of Capital Talent Development Group and the creator of the Parachute Ready 3 A's Framework: Adapt. Adjust and Align, a nationally emerging model designed to prepare underestimated youth and adults for sustainable career mobility. With over a decade of experience advancing workforce solutions across Ohio and beyond, Alanna developed the Parachute Ready 3 A's Framework: Adapt. Adjust and Align to bridge the gap between talent potential and talent readiness. Two areas that are often overlooked in traditional workforce programs.
Grounded in the 3 A’s strategy: Adapt. Adjust. Align., Parachute Ready strengthens the emotional, behavioral, and practical skills individuals need to succeed in high-demand industries such as behavioral health, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and community-based careers. The framework integrates 10 guiding principles that emphasize resilience, discipline, self-awareness, energy management, and the gritty, nonlinear journey required for real mobility.
Alanna’s approach is based on the idea that readiness is not assumed but intentionally built. Her work prepares youth talent and adults to manage change, overcome obstacles, and build credibility through resilience, consistency, and performance.
The Parachute Ready 3 A’s Framework: Adapt. Adjust. Align is a valuable tool for employers, workforce development boards, and educational institutions seeking dependable, early skilled, ready talent.
Alanna is redefining what it means to prepare people for work, stability, and mobility, focusing on one individual, one community, and one opportunity at a time.
Her mission is simple: Prepare people and organizations to move with readiness, resilience, and impact.
Alanna holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work (macro-practice) from Cleveland State University, an MBA from Ursuline College, and a Certified Public Manager designation from the Cleveland State University Ohio Public Manager Program.
