Building skilled-ready talent, together!

Alanna Nicholas is the Founder and Principal Talent Executive of Capital Talent Development Group and the creator of the Parachute Ready 3 A’s Framework: Adapt. Adjust. Align. A nationally emerging readiness model designed to prepare underestimated youth and adults for sustainable career mobility.
With over a decade of experience advancing workforce solutions across Ohio and beyond, Alanna developed the Parachute Ready Framework to address a persistent gap in workforce systems: the disconnect between talent potential and real-world readiness.
Grounded in the Adapt, Adjust, and Align strategy model, the framework helps build the emotional, behavioral, and practical skills required to succeed in critical, high-growth industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and community-based careers. The framework is reinforced by the Parachute Ready Ten, a set of guiding principles that emphasize resilience, discipline, self-awareness, behavior management, and consistent performance.
Alanna’s work is rooted in the belief that readiness is intentionally built. Through the Parachute Ready framework, individuals, employers, education, and workforce systems are equipped with tools that strengthen credibility, support mobility, and produce measurable outcomes.
Her mission is simple: Prepare people and organizations to move with readiness, resilience, and impact.
Alanna holds an MBA from Ursuline College, a Bachelor’s of Social Work (macro-practice) from Cleveland State University, and a Certified Public Manager designation from the Cleveland State University Ohio Public Manager Program.
