Alanna Nicholas is the Founder and Principal of Capital Talent Development Group. She is an experienced workforce development practitioner with a background in education, human resources, and talent management. With over twenty years of experience, Alanna brings extensive expertise as a valued partner and collaborative contributor within the workforce development ecosystem. Her passion and skills center on building bridges that connect talent with opportunities through services designed to develop skilled-ready talent and assist employers in creating ethical leadership and efficiencies in the workplace while reducing talent shortages.
Alanna graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (macro-practice) and later earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Ursuline College. Most recently, she received a certification from the Cleveland State University Ohio Public Manager Program, which recognizes her as a Certified Public Manager.
