Key Initiative: Youth Equity Hub
An initiative designed to advance access to career and leadership training to help reduce youth unemployment while improving their skill readiness and preparedness to secure employment in critical high-growth industries through the following performance indicators:
- On-time graduation from high school & college
- Reduction of student absenteeism
- Successful completion of skilled trade & apprenticeship programs
- Connection to mentors to help foster the obtainment of social capital to support the development of access to marketable career pathways

- Commitment to valuing diverse skills, experiences, and contributions of all talent to foster lasting impact while championing their growth, development, and retention as employees.
