Alanna Nicholas is the Principal and founder of Capital Talent Development Group. She is a seasoned practitioner in the field of workforce development with a professional background in education, human resources, and workforce development. With over two decades of experience, Alanna possesses extensive knowledge in talent development, diverse talent supply, program development, and management.
Alanna graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (macro-practice) and went on to earn her Master of Business Administration degree from Ursuline College.
