Alanna Nicholas is the Principal and founder of Capital Talent Development Group. She is a seasoned professional in workforce development with a background in education, human resources, and talent management. With over twenty years of experience, Alanna has extensive expertise in talent development, diverse talent supply, program development, and performance management.
Alanna graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (macro-practice) and later earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Ursuline College, along with a certification that recognizes her as a Certified Public Manager from the Cleveland State University Ohio Public Manager Program.
