Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Goals
Work with education institutions, employers, trade associations, and workforce development ecosystems to help create of a diverse, equitable, and sustainable workforce.
Design and manage education and workforce development programs that advance access for underestimated and underrepresented youth (16-24 yrs of age) and adult talent to secure gainful, sustainable employment.
Program design for youth talent is centered around creation of opportunities to help achieve positive outcomes in the areas of:
- On-time graduation from high school & college
- Reduction of student absenteeism
- Successful completion of trade & apprenticeship programs
- Connection to mentors to help foster obtainment of social capital to support development of marketable, career pathways
Work in partnership with employers to help evaluate, assess, establish, and monitor DEIA goals through practices and policies that achieve the following:
- Commitment to value the unique identities and experiences of all talent through daily practices, from talent recruitment, talent development, and talent retention
- Creation of a culture of belonging that prioritizes shared contribution and participation of all talent in the development and execution of an organization's mission, values, and goals
- Workplace equity that supports the success of all talent by providing livable wages and career advancement opportunities
